He has extensive skills, knowledge, and experience in strategic management, marketing, innovative solution, real estate buy/sell, and property management. He is a serial entrepreneur and a licensed realtor in the United States.

Khandoker M. S. Kawsar

Khandoker M. S. Kawsar is a Barrister-at-Law from Lincoln’s Inn UK, Advocate of Supreme Court of Bangladesh and also Panel lawyer of different banks of Bangladesh including Bangladesh Bank, the central and regulatory bank of Bangladesh. He was a Regional Representative (Former) of North Asian Chapter of ICC YAF and Former CEO (Acting) at ‘Jaigajomin.com’ which Verifies Property documents. He has numerous Arbitration and International trade & Investment Engagements. Under his leadership into the project, his Law firm is the first Bangladeshi law firm to be engaged in an anti-dumping issue. Tareq Imam is a former Major at Bangladesh Army. He is the founder and CEO of Delta Force – a multi-dimensional security firm. How can I know that ownership of my property in Bangladesh is secured?

If you ask us, we can make searching in relevant offices and give you feedback whether your ownership (মালিকানা) and Possession (দখল) is at risk or challenged.

How do rent payments/collection work and how do I get paid?

Tenants deposits to your Bank Account:
As property owner you decide how you want to collect the rent. You can ask your tenant to deposit the rent in your bank account. In this case you can involve us if there is any issue related to non-payment or missed payment.

If you want we can also collect the rent for you and deposit that to your bank account.
